1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the RIZZ Staking Platform ("Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Pilot Program

The current staking program is a PILOT with the following limitations:

• Maximum total pool capacity: 5,000,000 RIZZ tokens

• Maximum stake per user: 200,000 RIZZ tokens

• Fixed 30-day lock period

• 6% APR (annual percentage rate)

• Pool expires 45 days from creation

3. Staking Risks

You acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Smart Contract Risk: The staking pools are managed by Streamflow Finance smart contracts. While audited, smart contracts may contain unknown vulnerabilities.

• Lock Period: Your tokens will be locked for 30 days. You cannot withdraw them early under any circumstances.

• Reward Availability: Rewards depend on adequate funding of the reward pool. If rewards are depleted, new rewards may not be available.

• Price Volatility: The value of RIZZ tokens may fluctuate significantly during the staking period.

• Network Risks: Solana network congestion or failures may affect your ability to stake or unstake.

4. No Guarantees

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability of the Platform

• Specific reward amounts or APR rates

• Protection against smart contract vulnerabilities

• Recovery of funds in case of technical issues

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Securing your wallet and private keys

• Understanding the risks before staking

• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

• Monitoring your stakes and claiming rewards

• Paying all applicable transaction fees

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

7. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services including:

• Streamflow Finance (staking protocol)

• Solana blockchain

• Wallet providers (Phantom, Solflare, etc.)

We are not responsible for the functionality, security, or availability of these third-party services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
